Review :

Eisenberg stars as James Brennan, a man trapped in the period between graduation and adulthood. When the money fell through Europe to plan a vacation, he found himself at the only job in his hometown, working games in the local amusement park called Adventureland. It seems like a dead end job, but he met with people who will push him into the next phase in her life - the beautiful-but-damaged Em (Kristen Stewart), a good friend Joel (Martin Starr), and somewhat brittle Connell
"Adventureland" is a film that could easily be a procession from the small town of caricature (and manager Bill Hader & Kristen Wiig approach sometimes) but what distinguishes this film is lovingly and thoroughly how the writer / director Greg Mottola ( "Superbad ") has drawn this character. It's easy to really believe James, Em, Joel, and Connell, and the people of your age the right to respect for the killer soundtrack and '80s fashion might see some of your own, young adults from the emotional roller " Adventureland ".
To be blunt, I can spend hours with the characters "Adventureland" (a feeling reinforced by the best soundtrack of the year and score from Yo La Tengo very good). Eisenberg is good but Stewart gave the best performance of his career (sorry "Twilight" fans) as a good girl who feels like a basic pattern, but also fully realized. We all know an "Em". And we all know a "Connell," the older man who hangs out and claimed to have "stuck" with a famous musician just to get the girl's panties.

"Adventureland" works because of trust and feel good but also fully familiar. There are millions of people have summer grass, sex, and drama as in "Adventureland," and Mottola very good but never felt the generic script. It felt real.

No pain that Miramax has released a Blu-Ray edition of the film perfectly with the technical specifications of a very good and rich special features.

"Adventureland" is pristinely presented in 1080p High Definition with an aspect ratio of 1.85:1 and accompanied by an English DTS-HD 5.1 track. A good audio but the video is really great with one of the most balanced HD picture experts seasons.

Special features are exaggerated in both Blu-ray and DVD include a commentary by Mottola and Eisenberg, digital copy, "Picture Music Selection" (which allows visitors to jump to their favorite songs in the movie), "Just My Life: The Making of Adventureland, "and deleted scenes. Blu-ray exclusive features including "Frigo's Taps - A satire" How To "In Pain unexpected adverse," "Lisa P's Guide to Style," and "Welcome to Adventureland - Adventureland ad, Orientation Training Video, Drug Policy".

"Adventureland" is very disappointing to take in a movie (just more than $ 16 million in the country) but I rarely get more confident about how a film will be seen in the years ahead than I am about this underrated gem. That's one of the best coming-of-age films in years and will be a word-of-mouth hit in the domestic market. Do not miss it.
